- This offer applies to existing OPPO customers who sign up and switch to a Discover Energy electricity, gas or Virtual Power Plant plan during the period commencing 9:00am (AEST) on 10th May 2021 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30th June 2021 (promotion period).
- The customer must be switched to Discover Energy to be eligible for this promotion. Discover Energy defines a switched customer as a customer that has a billable account with Discover Energy.
- Discover Energy reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.
- You must be aged 18 years or older during the stated promotional period to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of Discover Energy (and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
- This promotional offer is available to the primary holder of an Discover Energy account and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
- An eligible participant may submit a claim for one gift of (1) x OPPO Enco W31 earphones, which has a recommended retail price of AUD $199 (incl GST) (“OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift”). When the participant has been identified by Discover Energy Operations as switched to Discover Energy, they will receive, by email, an invitation to submit a claim for an OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift. To submit a claim, customers must email marketing@discoverenergy.com.au and send a mailing address and the serial number of a valid OPPO product between 09:00am (AEST) on 10th May 2021 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30th June 2021 (promotion period). An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift, and Discover Energy may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift.
- Stock for the OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift is limited to the first 200 eligible customers and the OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift will be provided to the individuals that submit a valid and eligible claim in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, Discover Energy may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gifts delegated for this promotion have been claimed.
- You should allow up to thirty (30) days for the delivery of the OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift from the date you receive notification from Discover Energy that it has received your valid redemption form and your claim has been accepted. Discover Energy will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the OPPO Enco W31 Earphone Gift within 30 days from the date notification is received.
